Albert Cisper, 82 years of age, died August 18, 2022 in Oklahoma City at home with his wife Linda and daughters Tammy and Terri at his side.Albert was born in Oklahoma City on March 24, 1940 to Mary and Frank Cisper. Albert married Linda Darlene Allen in 1961 in Oklahoma City at Christ the King Catholic Church. During their 61 years of marriage, they had three children and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Albert served in the United States Air Force in the 550th Missile Squadron at Shilling Air Force Base in Salina, Kansas and then worked for the Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company until his retirement in 1994.Albert was preceded in death by his mother Mary Churillo and father Frank Cisper, sister Kathleen Whitcraft, sister Rosemary Duncan, and brother Leon Cisper and son Jay Cisper and his wife Debbie Cisper. He survived by wife Linda Cisper, daughters Tammy Blickenstaff and Terri Cisper, sisters Kathryn Cisper and Kathy Bryant and husband Paul Bryant, brother Frank Churillo, sister-in law Sandra Cisper and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.Albert enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family. Albert and Linda enjoyed traveling which included vacations to the Rocky Mountains with their three children as well as camping and boating at Lake Texhoma .
