Barbara Jean Clark was born November 22, 1939, at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City to Joseph Floyd and Nellie Jo Storin. During her childhood, she lived on her parents' farm in the Navina community, located near Cashion, in Logan County, Oklahoma. She attended Navina grade school and Cashion High School.She married Olaf Leon Clark on April 7, 1956. They resided in Oklahoma City, where they raised their daughters, Rhonda, and Janet.Barbara was a homemaker until her daughters were grown. She later went to work at the Oklahoma City University cafeteria. Barbara was a wonderful cook and baker. Her family looked forward to her delicious homemade meals and Christmas candies. She was a lifelong Roman Catholic.Barbara passed away on February 7, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Nellie Jo Storin, her sister Patricia Elmore, and her sister Vicki Storin.She is survived by her husband Leon, her daughter Rhonda Fowler and son-in-law John, and her daughter Janet. She is also survived by her granddaughter Sheridan Fowler and great granddaughter Bailey Gaty; her granddaughter Audrey Sousa and husband Jon, and great grandson Sebastian; her grandson John Patrick Fowler; her brother Joseph Floyd Storin, Jr. and wife Lori of Westerville, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.An evening prayer service and Rosary will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Smith and Kernke North May Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. at Christ the King Catholic Church on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Interment will follow at Morris Heights Cemetery in Orlando, Oklahoma.
