Bob Dickey

Bob E. Dickey joined his wife, oldest daughter and many other special souls in a heavenly reunion before the sun rose on the first day of 2022. He was 88 years old. Bob was born on October 25, 1933 in Enid, OK to Claude and Anna (Logsdon) Dickey. He married Peggy Chelf on February 27, 1953, a union that lasted 69 years. They had three children, Kim, Lee Ann and Matt. Bob was employed by Phillips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville, OK in 1953 and remained there for 33 years. He also served at Phillips 66 Federal Credit Union for 25 years. Preceding him in death was his beloved wife Peggy, his oldest daughter Marla Kim Dickey, his parents, and two brothers Ivan L. and Max J. Dickey. Bob is survived by his daughter Lee Ann Parker and husband Tom of Piedmont, OK and his son Matthew C. Dickey and wife Susan of Omaha, NE. He was the proud grandfather of 6, Jennifer Nollette, Sally Kernke, Logan Parker, Shannon Shi, David Dickey and Libby Parker. Also surviving him are 6 great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Nollette, Jane Kernke, Audrey Nollette, Lily Pearl Parker, Lukas Parker and Mason Nollette. Bob's life will be celebrated at a private memorial service at Hayward Cemetery. The family requests that donations in Bob's honor be made to the Shriners or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
