Brad Peak

Brad was born October 14th, 1962, to Frosty and Connie Peak in Enid, Oklahoma.  He grew up in the Oklahoma City area with his parents and three sisters, Susan, Mickie and Ashlie. Growing up Brad was active in sports including wrestling, baseball and football. He graduated from Putnam City High School in 1980 and then attended Oklahoma University.

Brad’s mom, Connie, diagnosed him with a case of Peter Pan Syndrome, and worried he may never grow up. He enjoyed his friends throughout his life and their many shenanigans, but then he met the love of his life Cam and they married on July 11, 1992.

They had two sons, Zachary and Cole, who Brad loved dearly. Brad loved to be involved in the boys’ sports and would attend their practices and all their games. He was passionate about sharing adventures with his family and friends. He loved to ski, both on water and snow, and looked forward to family skiing vacations in Colorado or Lake Tahoe. He also enjoyed beach vacations, where he could relax and do things in his own time. Although, Brad did everything in his own time.

Brad was quick with a joke, generous to a fault and possessed an entrepreneurial spirit. Brad founded APeak Equipment over thirty years ago, humbly selling cleaning chemicals and pressure washers by knocking on doors and working farm shows. Over the years, the business evolved under Brad’s guidance, and he began selling car wash equipment, which would lead to him opening car washes of his own. Brad would go on to own and operate thirteen car washes throughout his life. Brad shared his success with his sons Zach and Cole, who aided him in running the family business.  He successfully sold his car wash business and retired in 2021.

Brad is preceded in death by his father, Frosty Peak. Brad is survived by his wife, Camille Peak, son Zachary Peak (Kathryn) granddaughter Goldie, son Cole Peak, mother Connie Peak, Sisters – Susan Loglisci (Anthony), Mickie Sewell, Ashlie Reed (Robert), mother-in-law Sue Higgins (Gareth), sister-in-law Marne Curriden (Dan), brother-in-law Ted Kaufman, and his many nieces and nephews. After many years of battling alcoholism, Brad passed away peacefully in his home. He will be forever missed by his family and friends.
