Cathy Ann Rahill

Cathy Ann Rahill, affectionately known as “Sace”, passed on September 2, 2026, after a long-term illness. Sace was a “New Years Baby” born January 1, 1960. A lifelong resident of Oklahoma City, Cathy graduated from Putnam City High School in 1978 and completed her degree in Fashion Merchandising at Central State University.

However, Sace found her professional purpose and passion resided in accounting, first working for her father for many decades. She then completed her career working for John Chain and Tyler Jones in their firm. Cathy served her employer and her clients with the same purpose and passion she did everything in her life, always making the extra effort to make it perfect.

Sace loved people, beyond her love for her family, friends and clients, and her passion for the Oklahoma Sooners and Dallas Cowboys was evident in her attire, conversations and social media postings.

Christmas was always special to Cathy, and she always spread her holiday cheer. She loved decorating her home to look like the North Pole, and she would stop and sing along every time the BC Clark Jingle would play.

Cathy is preceded in death by her father, AC Rahill, and sister, Toni (Rahill) Shadid, brothers in law Brian Clemens and Gary Cruzen, and her longtime companion, Dan Kramer. She is survived by her mother, Charlene Rahill, sisters Dorothy Cruzen and Janis Clemens, her brother-in-law Danny Shadid, and her brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Shelley Rahill, along with numerous family members and friends. It would also be remiss if we did not mention Emmylou, her precious dog and companion, who filled a major void in her life after Dan passed away.

Her nephews and nieces, and now great nephews and nieces, were like children of her own, and always made them all feel loved and special. Family get togethers were always special to Cathy, and she worked tirelessly to make them perfect.

Cathy will be missed by many.

Finally, we would like to thank all of the medical professionals who provided loving care to Cathy during this battle, to the end.

Services will be held at 3pm on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Smith and Kernke Funeral Home, 14624 N. May Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73134. There will be a visitation starting at 2pm for those who wish to see the family. Pastor Lance Ward will be officiating.
