Eleanor Ann Whitener

Eleanor Ann (Scott) (Tice) Whitener was born January 17, 1930. Passed away to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 6, 2023. Eleanor worked in the home for most of her life; however, she did work at Norick Brothers Printing early on and later, ended her work career at Tinker Air Force Base as a civilian Secretary. Her first love was her relationship with Jesus Christ. Her second was her family. She loved spending time and getting to know her grand & great grandchildren. Eleanor was a faithful member of Cherokee Hills Baptist Church in Warr Acres, Oklahoma.Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kenneth Tice, son David Buchanan & son Raymond Tice then later in life, husband Bill Whitener. She is survived by her children Stephen Buchanan, Neva Stubbs-Parker & Gene Tice, many grandchildren & great grandchildren.
