Elizabeth Ann Price

Elizabeth Ann Price, lovingly known as Beth, passed away in Oklahoma City on July 28, 2026, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer. Born in Oklahoma City on October 16, 1965, Beth lived a life defined by resilience, determination, and unwavering devotion to the people she loved.

A lifelong Oklahoman, Beth grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Bishop McGuinness High School in 1983. She later earned an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Rose State College, beginning a lifelong commitment to learning and professional excellence.

Beth built a remarkable career through dedication, expertise, and an exceptional work ethic. She brought her signature no-nonsense approach to every position she held, serving most recently as an eDiscovery Consultant at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where she worked until her passing. Her career also included roles as an eDiscovery Specialist with the State of Oklahoma OMES and as a Forensic Analyst and Senior Litigation Support Specialist at Chesapeake Energy. She also made lasting contributions at the State Insurance Fund and other organizations, earning the trust and respect of colleagues wherever she worked. Those who knew Beth appreciated her honesty. She was never afraid to speak the hard truth, but she always did so with purpose and a genuine desire to do what was right.

While Beth was proud of her professional accomplishments, her greatest joy was raising her beloved son, Kyle. As a single mother, she devoted herself completely to giving him every opportunity and every ounce of support she could. She was always there, cheering him on at the ball field, proudly attending every band competition, and even traveling to New York City to watch him march in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Her love for Kyle was fierce, unwavering, and evident in everything she did.

Beth's warmth reached far beyond her immediate family. Her home was a place where friends and loved ones always felt welcome, filled with laughter, good food, and the companionship of her beloved pets: Buddy, Pete, Sam, Skeet, Missy and Roy. She loved bringing people together, whether she was hosting family Halloween parties, organizing girls' trips to Mexico or Florida, carving pumpkins, coloring Easter eggs, or gathering everyone to cheer on Oklahoma State and the Oklahoma City Thunder. She also had a remarkable green thumb, sharing the beauty and bounty of her garden with family, friends, and neighbors.

Honesty, generosity and a compassionate heart were some of her well known traits. She was always ready with a warm meal, a comforting hug, or a listening ear. She treasured friendships that lasted a lifetime and had a gift for making new friends wherever she went. Her unforgettable "Beth-isms" became part of the stories shared by those who loved her, reflecting her unique humor, quick wit, and straightforward nature. No matter the season, her home was a place where everyone felt welcome, whether they came to celebrate or simply needed comfort.

Beth leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through those who cherished her most. She is survived by her son, Kyle Price; her daughter in-law, Katie Price; her grandson, Kyson Price; her granddaughter, Kallah Price; her brothers, Chuck, George, Sam and Steven Miller; and her sisters, Vicki Tribble and Amy Miller Hopkins. They will remember her not only for her laughter and generosity, but also for her remarkable strength and the selfless way she lived her life.

Beth's life was marked by kindness, conviction, and a deep appreciation for life's simple joys. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, colleagues, and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Though she is no longer with us, her love, her strength, and the light she brought into the lives of others will continue to inspire all who remember her.
