Emily Keomanyvong

Emily was born on October 18th, 1971, in Pakse, Laos to Kypouy Vanhmanyvong and Chiengkham Souphon. From the very beginning, she brought love, joy, laughter, and warmth into the lives of everyone around her.

Those who knew her will remember her for her kind heart, beautiful smile, sense of humor, strength, generosity, and love of family. She had a special way of making everyone around her feel like family.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, wife and friend. She dedicated 21 years to Delta Airlines, where she was honored with her red coat.

Throughout her life, she found joy in cooking, gardening, traveling and many family traditions. Some of the most treasured memories will always be long nights of karaoke and breaking out her favorite moves on the dance floor, she truly was the life of the party.

Emily faced her illness with incredible strength, courage, and grace. Even through the hardest days, she continued to keep faith.

She will be deeply missed by her mother, Chiengkham Souphon; brother, Xaythideth Keomanyvong; sister, Kethdavong Keomanyvong; husband, Bea Phimprachanh; sons, Alex and Benjamin Keomanyvong; daughters, Aaliyah Keomanyvong and Brooklyn Phimprachanh; and grandkids, Brayden, Sebastian, Bryce and Myles; as well as countless friends and others whose lives she touched.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kypouy Vanhmanyvong.

Though our hearts are broken by this loss, we are grateful for the years, memories, laughter, and love we were blessed to share with her. We will carry her memory with us always, and her love will continue to live on through all of us.
