Frances Maurine Myers, lovingly known as Fran, passed away on May 27, 2024 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on August 30, 1941, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Gene and Emma Jeanne Bartlett. Frances was a beloved member of her family and the community leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Fran dedicated many years of her life to a career at American Fidelity Insurance Company before retiring. Her proudest accomplishments included being a charter member of Spring Creek Baptist Church where she found solace and joy. She adored participating in activities such as Vacation Bible School and singing in the church choir.

Known for her vibrant personality, Fran was quite a character who enjoyed sharing stories about her family. She hailed from a musical background and had a deep love for music. Additionally, she enjoyed reading and was an avid supporter of the OSU Cowboys.

Fran is survived by her children: Julie Bryant (Jim), David Myers (Kelly), Scott Myers (Courtney); her brother Reginald Bartlett; grandchildren Eleshea (Thomas), Truett (Shay), Blakeley, Cody, Jordan (Phoenix), Carson, Dylan, and Griffin; as well as great-grandchildren Taylor, Leslie, James, and Ariella.

She is preceded in death by her parents and twin brother Larry Bartlett.

A Graveside Service to honor Fran's life will be held on June 7, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery, 7500 W. Britton Rd., Oklahoma City.

Frances Maurine Myers will be dearly missed by all those who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in peace knowing she was deeply loved and cherished by many.
