Gail was the cherished daughter of Edna and Doug Barham of Alva, Oklahoma. Throughout her illustrious career, she distinguished herself as a highly skilled decorator and remodeler, bringing artistry and vision to countless homes in the community. Her passion for design was matched only by her love for art collecting, a hobby through which she expressed her keen eye for beauty and her appreciation for culture.

In her personal life, Gail was a devoted wife and mother. She and her husband, Jim Fleetwood, shared nearly four decades of marriage, having been wed since 1989. Together they nurtured a warm and loving family. Gail is survived by Jim, her daughters Stacy and Amy, and granddaughter Bailey, who all continue to carry forward her legacy of love and strength.

A Celebration of Life for Gail St. James Fleetwood will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This celebration will take place at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home, located at 14624 North May Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
