Linda Darlene Cisper, age 82, died April 12, 2026, in Oklahoma City with her two daughters at her bedside.

Born in Arkansas City, Kansas on April 14, 1943, to Uel and Vivian Allen, Linda was the oldest of three sisters. Linda married Albert Cisper in 1961 embarking on a 61-year marriage and made their home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Linda and Albert welcomed three children and enjoyed many happy adventures including vacations and many weekend trips to Lake Texhoma. Linda delighted in watching her loved ones enjoy the holidays and prepared many memorable holiday meals for family and friends. She loved to laugh and had a witty and mischievous streak sure to entertain and guarantee a good time should you be near her.

Linda worked in the health field and retired from Integris Health to enjoy retirement with the love of her life, Albert Cisper. The love birds enjoyed traveling, friends and family. Linda was a devoted Thunder fan and enjoyed many hobbies including solving crossword puzzles and cryptograms.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Jay Cisper and daughter-in law Debbie Cisper and son in-law Martin Blickenstaff.

She is survived by her daughter Tammy Blickenstaff and daughter Terri Cisper as well as two sisters Deborah Nightingale and Susan Owens. Linda is also survived by two sisters in laws Kathryn Cisper and Kathy Bryant husband Paul Bryant.

Grandchildren Justin Blickenstaff wife Christy Blickenstaff, Robert Blickenstaff wife Symbolene Blickenstaff and Nathan Blickenstaff. Grandchildren Ashley Cox husband Thomas Cox, Gabrielle Cisper, and Johnathan Cisper, Danielle Moody husband Robert Moody.

Linda had many great grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Linda will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Funeral mass will be April 16, 2026, at 1pm at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church 1901 NW 18th Street Oklahoma City, OK.

Linda held a special place in her heart for less fortunate animals especially cats. In lieu of flowers please donate to an animal rescue organization. This act of kindness would put a smile on Linda’s face.
