Louise Covington Randall, 93, of Epworth Villa Retirement Community, was born September 24, 1929 in Appomattox, Virginia to A. Walker and Iva Ferguson Covington. Louise graduated in 1950 from Westhampton College of the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia and then taught school in Portsmouth, Virginia for 5 years. She married Harry B Randall of Washburn, Wisconsin on August 20,1955 in Appomattox, Virginia. Their long and happy marriage included many moves due to Harry's military (Marines) and ministerial (United Methodist) careers. They moved to Epworth Villa Retirement Community in 1992. Louise was a longtime member of the Quail Springs UMC of OKC and served as President of the United Methodist Women for many years. She died on July 26, 2023. Survivors include daughter and. son-in-law, Jane and Jim Fowler; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and David Price; son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Michelle Randall. Surviving grandchildren include Derek (Diana) Fowler and Daren Fowler; Emily (Cam) Hatzel, Hannah (Andrew) Loyd and Andrew (Emily) Price; and Shae and Alexis Randall. Surviving great-grandchildren include Zella and Zachary Fowler; William, Louise, Henry and Miles Hatzel and Harrison and Virginia Loyd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry and a granddaughter, Danielle Randall. Services are at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at the Brill Chapel at Epworth Villa.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Epworth Villa Choir.
