Mark Randall Little, a beloved son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on October 1, 2023 at the age of 67. He was born on March 31, 1956, in Borger, Texas, to loving parents Barbara and Vernon Little. Mark's journey through life was marked by unwavering love and devotion to his family, and his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He devoted his life to the ministry of the Gospel and pastoring Grandview Church in Elk City for forty years. During his ministry, he trained over sixty men and women to follow the call of God into full time ministry, and countless lives saved and changed.
In his early years, Mark was surrounded by the warmth and support of his grandparents, nurturing a foundation of love, faith, and family that would define his life. His sister, Barbara Deyon Little, his brother, Timothy, his nephew, Benjamin Marc Little, his father, Vernon Dale Little, and his grandparents preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Sandra and two daughters, Bre and Cassie, his mother and biggest fan, Barbara Little, his sister, Gwen, his brother Stan and his wife Merideth, his brother, Steve and his wife Sohoko, and his brother-in-law Mike and his wife Paige.
Mark was a loving father to two daughters, Bre Little Wise and Cassie, as well as his sons-in-law Clay and Dilhan. He was a proud and doting grandfather to his granddaughters, Linni and Lila, who were truly the lights of his life. His unwavering love and guidance will forever shape the lives of those he held most dear. His greatest legacy were his daughters and granddaughters.
Mark found his soulmate in Sandra Kay Little, the love of his life. Their love story was one of deep connection and enduring commitment to one another and their joint service to the ministry of Christ, serving as an example to all who knew them of what it means to share a life filled with love, and deep purpose to the calling of God.
Mark's passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him and were forever changed by the ministry of the gospel. As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the life he lived, the love he gave, and the lasting impact he had on the world around him. He took great honor in pastoring Grandview Church with his first lady, Sandra for forty years. His legacy will live on in the men and women who have followed the call of God and carry on this mission.
Memorial service will be held Friday, October 6 at 11:00 am Christ’s Legacy Church 11101 N Morgan Rd Oklahoma City, OK Viewing will be at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mark's memory to Awaking Hope and Gideons International, causes which were very close to Mark’s heart and life’s mission.
