Mary Margaret Pfenninger

Mary Pfenninger December 29, 1951 – April 22, 2025

Our beloved Mary was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and spent most of her adult life in Oklahoma City. She was a woman of grace, warmth, and unwavering love for her family.

Mary was preceded in death by her father, Robert Rukes; her mother, Shirley Sumption; father-in-law, Ralph Pfenninger; and her siblings, John Rukes and Michaela Doss.

She is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 53 years, Steve, her cherished daughter, Heather Rimmer, and her beloved grandchildren, Reese and Hudson Rimmer. Mary’s legacy of love continues through her sister, Janet Brown, and brother-in-law, Ron Brown; her mother-in-law, Billee Jeanne Pfenninger; brother-in-law, Lewis Pfenninger; and sister-in-law, Susan LeBegue.

She also leaves behind many dear nieces, nephews, extended family members and lifelong friends who will remember her with love and gratitude.

Mary's family was her pride and joy, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.

In Lieu of Flowers, donations to the Humane Society and The American Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals would be appreciated by the family.
