Maurita N. Hodge

Maurita (Snider) Hodge was born on March 12,1949 and grew up in Waurika, Okla. She graduated from Waurika High School and then attended Oklahoma University, where she received a degree in teaching. She taught for Putman City school system until her retirement in 2004.She married Leland Hodge in 1983 and was greatly loved. Maurita was preceded in death by her dad, C.D. Snider and her mom, Dolores (Williams) Snider. Maurita has one brother, Charles B. Snider and wife; a sister, Peggy Lieblein and husband; and twin sister, Maurine Sullivan and husband; stepson, Cary Mark Hodge and wife; stepdaughter, Jill (Hodge) Adams, and husband; and two grandchildren, Taylor and Zachary and many cousins. Maurita loved to play golf, pickleball, she was always decorating and working in her garden. She was loved by everyone and will be missed greatly.
