Patricia Ann Clark

Patricia Ann Clark passed away July 16, 2020. She was born September 20, 1938, in Eldorado, IL, the daughter of Harry and Clarice Elder. She grew up in the small town of Eldorado and was a beauty queen as a teenager. Patricia attended Southern Illinois University where she met her husband, Gary. She spent many years working in the medical field in the burn unit and caring for premature babies. In the 80's, Pat and Gary opened a family travel agency and spent the next 30 years touring the world. Their travels included both ocean cruises and European River cruises as well as trips to Europe, the Far East and Mexico. She was the finest mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She raised her children with love, honesty and compassion to be productive citizens. She accepted and loved everyone; her kids' friends became her own and they called her "mom". She always had a smile on her face and an encouraging word for all. She is survived by her husband, Gary; three children, Lori, Leslie and Brent; two grandchildren of whom she was so proud, Donnie and Paul; and three great grandchildren, Tommy, Clare and Ellie.
