Paula Agnes Martin was called home by our heavenly father. She passed peacefully, surrounded by her 3 daughters at her side, on June 6th, 2026.

She was born February 3rd, 1934, in Oklahoma City. She attended Rosary Catholic grade school and finished High School at Catholic High. (Now Bishop McGuinness)

She was employed at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, in Oklahoma City, after graduation. She was employed there until she married and was expecting her first child.

Paula Agnes Martin is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Agnes Slater, sisters Theresa Rohrbach and Joan Carney and her brother Jimmy Slater. She was also preceded in death by her husband Jerry Paul Martin, two sons Christopher Martin and Matthew Martin.

Paula Agnes Martin is survived by her three daughters Angela Martin, Delores Lightsey and Cecilia Smith, sons-in-law Mike Lightsey and Steven Smith. Her grandson Michael Ream, three great grandchildren Blaine Ream, Gemma Ream and Sunny Morris along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Smith and Kernke 23rd Street Chapel. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 12, 2026, at 2:00pm at Smith and Kernke 23rd Street Chapel with burial at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery to follow.
