Robert Marlin Sweeney

Robert Marlin Sweeney passed away tragically on November 2, 2021, while at work in Oklahoma City. He was born May 20, 2003, in Oklahoma City. Robert was the class clown. He could talk to anyone and enjoyed making them laugh. He graduated from McLoud High School this past May. Robert was active in Boy Scouts and loved camping. He had an appreciation for art, the Japanese Culture and anime.Robert was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Sweeney, great-grandparents, Robert and Joyce Genzler, as well as many others ready to greet him with open arms.He is survived by his mother, Melissa Sweeney Bunce and her husband Andrew T. Bunce; his father, Edward Sweeney and his wife Nicky Sweeney; brother, Christopher Sweeney; sister, Alana Sweeney; grandmother, Grace Major; grandfather, Wiley "Bill" Major and his wife Renee Major; grandfather, John Sweeney; and countless aunts, uncles, and cousins.A memorial service to celebrate Robert will be held Friday, November 12, at 2 p.m. at Smith & Kernke N. May Chapel.
